# Errors

| Status | What it means | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| `200 OK` | The call ran. Check the response body: a call can succeed while telling you, for example, that no rate was found. | Read the response fields described in the [API Reference](/api). |
| `400 Bad Request` | The body isn't valid JSON, or a field has the wrong type. | Fix the request; the response says which field. |
| `403 Forbidden` | The `apikey` header is missing, the key is wrong or has been removed, or the TMS user it belongs to was deactivated. | Check the header and the environment (a test key doesn't work in production). Copy your key again from Your Profile, or generate one there if you have none. |
| `500 Internal Server Error` | Something failed on our side. | Retry once. If it keeps failing, contact your Reconex contact with the time of the call and your load reference. |
